Why...

... are people so materialistic nowadays. Materialism have always been a part of people's lives, since Cleopatra reigns with an iron fist or maybe even before that when Pharoh is king. But now it's seriously overkill. People can't seem to live without being trendy of fashionable. What is considered blasphemous in the olden days are thought as normal. I'm not talking about sex, for i'm liberal on sex...but you know, it's the way people think these days that led me to believe, same as Mike Dirnt, that dogs will rule the world. For, animals as they are, they don't give the slightest damn about what they wear for the day. Hell, in fact, they never change. They treat each one of their kind as equals. Not for humans, no no no. They say hierarchy has diminished, i say not. It may have been diminished on the conscious level, but it's reigning on the subconscious. Take ourselves for example...we discriminate others who are different from us, putting them down on a lower level than ourselves. Rich parents take a love between their daughter and the son of a shoe shiner as an abomination to their own social status. It's just...damn. btw, pancakes are the best thing to have on a Saturday morning.

Gotta be emo sometimes...

Life sucks. Life's a bitch that bites you in the ass. Life's gonna swallow you whole if you're not prepared for it. Instead of giving life, LIFE may kill you instead. I'm not flaming life, I'm just stating the obvious. When you think you're prepared for something, think again. The only way to get a hint of knowing anything is when you really don't think you know it. Instead of feeling overpowered, you'll feel abysmal and weak, not knowing what to do, when to do, how to do. In the end, it's those people who feels that they know nothing who came out the winner instead of those who thinks they know anything and everything. The more you practice, the more mistakes you'll make. Learning from those mistakes spawns more mistakes. You'll keep facing these mistakes, then you'll feel useless, unresponsive... scared of it, so to speak. Then one day, when the time comes, you'll find that you have to utilize all that you have learned up till now, and to your surprise, you breezed though the whole ordeal. Confidence will kick in. Spirits will rise. That's when you feel, you own the whole world in the palm of your hands. Then you'll somehow be kicked back to square one, to the point in life where everything scares you. The cycle goes on, and on, and on until you die. However, it's this cycle that keeps us going, making us strong. Geniuses don't seem to have to deal with this cycle, oh, but they do. It's their genius that is their arch nemesis. They will constantly have to battle it out with themselves, each day. They want to find out if they can withhold, or will they lose to their own mind. Kinda scary huh? cheers.

You know...

...when people say music changes lives...hey, they're not lying man. I mean, just look at "live earth", the live 24 hr music extravaganza shown on channel 5 starting yesterday night at 7p.m till the evening of today at 7 p.m. Jeez, just look at the crowd! Then, a question comes to mind...are these people really there to boost a dying awareness, or they're just there for the music and boobs? Let's take a look at Japan, shall we? A japanese rock band, fronted by a super long haired dude and his sidekick mr.mohawk played some great music, obviously driven by their love for their planet..hell, mr.mohawk's not even wearing any shirt...and then, he climbed down to the audiences and look what happen..it seems the japanese audiences, especially the ladies, were swooned by his sweaty demeanor and punkish attitude. I watched the ladies especially, they were pointing and giggling, ogling even, at mr.mohawk, totally forgetting why they were there in the first place. I think that to make this special, everyone in the world should just sing one song..the song of the world,so to say...and then the world would here it, and the people who sang it will know what and why they were singing. Just think, a guy in Alaska would be able to hear a hymn-like voice across the horizon, he joins in, then by then the whole of alaska would join in too. Same goes for the rest of the countries. but still, this is just a piece of my two cents....cheers.

Sometimes...

...you just hate yourself for no apparent reason? Maybe there is a reason to it but you're either oblivious to it or you know it but did nothing about it, which in return fueled your rage, then you start doing some things you shouldn't have done with yourself, like bashing your head against the wall, but regretted doing it later as a wave of pain comes crashing onto whichever part of your bodily anatomy you've tried, and possibly succeeded, to destroy. But then again rage can be a friend to those who choose to have it as one. I particularly admire those people who can channel their rage into energy..not starwars-like....but you know, those people who have high fighting spirit would've welcomed a bit of rage into their already full-to-the-brim bottle of emotions inside them. They'll explode sooner or later..and that's when you'll feel like hell itself had freezed over, cuz hell man, these people will just take their pent-up ball of emotions and let it go with full force like doing a bloody hadouken. If you're in the way, good luck, if you're not, pray you never meet them on that day. cheers.
